Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

The return window is 30 days from the day your order is delivered. After 30 days, we can’t issue a full refund or exchange.

Exchanges: Apparel size exchanges are accepted within 60 days of delivery (custom orders excluded). Non-apparel exchanges are limited to defective or damaged items.

Need to return an item? Email [email protected] with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused. Do not ship items until you receive your RMA.

Item condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Non-returnable items include gift cards, digital downloads, intimate, personalized, or custom-made products (all custom or bespoke sales are final).

Return Shipping: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. For all other returns, you cover shipping—please use an insured tracked service for high-value items since we can’t confirm receipt otherwise.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items like:

  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned after 30 days

Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your parcel.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the same credit card you used for the purchase.

Restocking Fees: We never charge restocking fees.
