Overview
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received, and in its original packaging.
- Some products are exempt from returns, such as:
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
Required for a Return: We’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer; returns must be sent directly to us.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items like:
- Books showing apparent signs of use
- Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned after 30 days
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Returns typically take 2-3 weeks to receive and process. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or replacement or issue a gift certificate, depending on your desired refund method.
Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days.
All custom-made or bespoke item sales are final once submitted and cannot be returned.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing may be delayed.
- Contact your bank for additional details on processing times.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us, and we’ll help you.
Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the item was sent to the original buyer, a refund will be issued to the buyer.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. These costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
