When will my order ship?
Depending on the item, orders can take between 2 and 10 business days. Custom-made items will take longer, especially if we need to do any graphics work. Some apparel in specific sizes may take a few days to order if we don’t have it in stock. Please get in touch with us if you want to know the current lead time for the product you are interested in.
Many custom-ordered, bespoke, or back-ordered products will ship within a few days. We will email you updates on ship times.
We’ll email you tracking information as soon as it’s available. The final delivery will be through Canada Post, USPS, or UPS. Once your order leaves our warehouse, tracking is typically updated within 24 hours.
During the holidays, our carriers do their best to deliver your package on time, but we can’t foresee any possible delays or problems.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of the products. This way, you will only be paying exactly what it costs.
