Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, our typical minimum is $300 per order, but we may waive this for first-time trial orders. Some custom items may require a quantity minimum depending on the design and setup.
Do you offer custom designs or private labeling?
Yes! We can customize products with your location, logo, or event details. We also offer unbranded labeling options for shops wanting to resell under their own brand.
How long will my order take to ship?
Most wholesale orders ship within 5–10 business days. Larger or customized orders may take longer, but we’ll always provide an estimated turnaround time when you place your order.
Where do you ship from?
All products are made and shipped from Moncton, Canada. We ship across North America and can provide international shipping quotes on request.
